Resignation of Non-Executive Director

TPXimpact Holdings PLC (AIM: TPX) announces that Neal Gandhi has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company and steps down from the Board with immediate effect.

Neal served as a Non-Executive Director for two and a half years following his period as CEO and the Board is grateful for his input during this period.
