Grant of 2022 SAYE options

Grant of options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme

 

The Company is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2022 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "2022SAYEScheme") for all eligible employees.

 

Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of £0.93 per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the 2022 SAYE Scheme. The Options were issued on 31 October 2022 and will normally be exercisable from 1 December 2025 for six months.

 

155 employees have elected to participate in the 2022 SAYE Scheme and as a result Options over a total of 861,230 Ordinary Shares have been granted in respect of the 2022 SAYE Scheme, representing 0.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
