Publication of 2024 Annual Report and Accounts

Following the announcement on 12 March 2025 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company announces that it has published the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts ("2024 Annual Report") on the Company's website: https://www.tggplc.com/.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1 R, the 2024 Annual Report has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company confirms that, in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 R (1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the 2024 Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and in compliance with DTR 6.3.5 (3) is available on the Company's website (see above).
