Self-Remediation Terms Contract

 

 

Further to Friday's trading update, Berkeley confirms that it has today signed the Self-Remediation Terms Contract issued by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities ("DLUHC") in its final form on 21 February 2023.

 

This follows on from Berkeley's signing of the Developer Pledge Letter last year, which set out the principles under which life-critical fire-safety issues on buildings of 11 metres and above are to be remediated.
