REVISION TO DIVIDEND DECLARATION

With its final results announcement for the year ended 30 April 2024 released earlier today, the Company announced an interim dividend of £34.9 million (33.00 pence per share) to be paid on 26 July 2024.

The Company announces a correction to the ex-dividend date to 27 June 2024 (previously announced: 28 June 2024) and the record date to 28 June 2024 (previously announced: 27 June 2024).
