Further to the announcements made on 13 April 2023, 21 April 2023 and 12 July 2023, Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that on 29 December 2023 it has purchased, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company, the following number of ordinary shares of 6 1/3 pence on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to its existing £750 million share buyback programme.
The purchased shares will be cancelled.
