Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

Tesco PLC (the "Company") announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024. In addition, the Company announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 has been sent to shareholders. The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at our Heart building, Shire Park, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL7 1TW on Friday, 14 June 2024 at 11.30am.

The Company's Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024 can be viewed on the Company's website at www.tescoplc.com or hard copies of the documents obtained free of charge on request from the Company Secretary.
