In accordance with paragraph 6.4.9R(2) of the Listing Rules, Telecom Plus PLC announces that Carla Stent, a non-executive director of the Company, has advised that she has been appointed as a non-executive director of HBX Group International plc, a company listed on the Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Valencia Stock Exchanges and whose shares are traded through the Spanish Stock Exchange Interconnection System (Continuous Market), with effect from 12 February 2025.
