Change of registration

Toad PLC 26 November 2001 Toad plc ('Toad ' or the 'Company') The Company was notified on 23 November 2001 that there had been a change of registration of 5,569,118 ordinary shares of 10p each in Toad (the 'Shares') representing approximately 7.63 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The Shares, formerly registered in the name of Abbotsford Limited, a company owned by a trustee of The Solidum Trust, are now held directly by The Solidum Trust. 26 November 2001 ENDS
