The Company announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts in respect of the year ended 31 March 2025 as well as the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and the associated Proxy Form will be sent to shareholders in the coming days. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 24 September 2025 at 10.30 a.m. at 1 Blossom Yard, London E1 6RS
