SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning technology solutions provider, announces that pursuant to the announcements 26 May 2023, customary due diligence has been completed in respect of Heejae Chae, who has now been formally appointed to the SysGroup Board of Directors (the "Board") as Executive Chairman, effective immediately.

The following information is provided pursuant to Rule 17 and with Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Heejae Richard Chae (aged 54):

Heejae Chae has confirmed that save as disclosed above there are no additional disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 or Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
