SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the technology partner for delivery and management of cloud, data and security services to power Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and Machine Learning ("ML") transformation, provides the following update pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) (iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
Mike Fletcher, Non-Executive Director, was previously a Non-Executive Director of Tactus Holdings Limited ("Tactus") until 31 March 2024. Tactus was placed into administration on 23 May 2024.
