Retirement of Director

Sutton Harbour Group plc announces that, after 12 years of service, Graham Miller has notified the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director and not to seek re-election at the Company's annual general meeting in September 2025.

The Board is pleased to announce that it is in advanced stages of identifying an additional Non-Executive Director. A further announcement will be made in due course.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Graham for the contribution he has made to Sutton Harbour during his time as a director, both initially as Chairman and, since early 2018, as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, and to wish him well in his retirement.
