Sutton Harbour Group plc (AIM: SUH) is pleased to announce that the resolution proposed at today's General Meeting was passed.
The Company will now proceed towards completion of the sale of the apartment at Harbour Arch Quay to Beinhaker Design Services Limited, as set out in its announcement on 29 September 2023.
