Supermarket Income REIT plc (LSE: SUPR) announces in accordance with UKLR 6.4.9 that Sapna Shah, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Pantheon Infrastructure plc, with effect from 19 June 2025.
