Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Stelrad Group plc announces that Martin Payne, Independent Non-Executive Director, will join the board of directors of Top Tiles plc on 1 October 2024. In addition, Martin will assume the role of Audit Committee Chair of Top Tiles plc in January 2025.
