Directorate Change

Following the receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals, St. James's Place plc is pleased to announce that Penny James will be appointed as chair of the Group Risk Committee and will become a member of the Group Nomination and Governance Committee with effect from 5 December 2025. 

As at the same date Rosemary Hilary will retire as chair of the Group Risk Committee but will remain as a Non-executive Director and member of the Group Audit, Group Risk and Group Remuneration Committees until 31 December 2025, when she will retire off the Board.

The Board would like to place on record its appreciation and gratitude for the contribution of Rosemary during her time both on the Board and as chair of the Group Risk Committee. The Board and wider SJP community wish her well in her future endeavours.
