Confirmation of Senior Independent Director Appointment

St. James's Place plc announces that, further to an announcement made on 22 March 2024, Simon Fraser has received the requisite regulatory approvals and has been appointed as the Company's Senior Independent Director with effect from 16 July 2024.  Simon became a member of the Group Nomination and Governance Committee on the same date.

Simon succeeds John Hitchens who had been acting as the interim Senior Independent Director. John's roles as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Group Audit Committee and his membership of the Group Nomination and Governance Committee and Group Risk Committee remain unchanged.
