Suspension of activities in Russia

SStartrade Tech Inc. is considering the actual situation in Ukraine, following the entry of Russian troops in the country, and ongoing sanctions going both ways as cause of difficulties to operate in Russia for the moment being.

Based on practical and ethical reasons, the company has decided to suspend all Russian activities and developments but will still keep the assets secured in the past years under own control.

The decision is assisted by the development of ongoing conversations and negotiations that will bring the company to consider new horizons and geographical areas in developments, be it in mining and in metal production activities.

SStartrade Tech Inc. is also involved in counselling industrial realities in the Middle East over logistical and production techniques developments.

In short SStartrade Tech Inc. will be presenting to the public the new prospects as well as the contacts with which it plans to operate.
