Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2025

Following its Preliminary Full-year Results announcement on 21 May 2025, SSE plc confirms that it has today published the following documents on the Company's website at https://www.sse.com/investors/reports-and-results/:

·      Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025.

·      Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025.

·      Sustainability Report 2025.

·      Net Zero Transition Report 2025.

SSE's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at the Perth Concert Hall, Mill Street, Perth PH1 5HZ on Thursday 17 July 2025 at 12.30pm. This will be a combined physical and online (hybrid) AGM. Details of how to join the meeting can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting and at https://www.sse.com/investors/annual-general-meeting-2025/

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, Notice of Annual General Meeting, and Form of Proxy for 2025 have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
