Notice of Results and AGM Date
SRT Marine Systems plc, the AIM-quoted developer and supplier of maritime surveillance systems and navigation safety products confirms that further to its announcement made on 8 March, it now intends to publish its audited final results for the 15 months ended 30 June 2024 on 2 December 2024. The AGM will be held on 23 January 2025.
Further to the announcement made on 28 October 2024, the Company expects to announce further details regarding the Fundraising on 11 November 2024.
