Director/PDMR Shareholding

SRT Marine Systems plc ("SRT"), a global provider of maritime domain awareness systems and technologies for security, safety and environmental protection, announces that it received notification that Oliver Plunkett, Non-Executive Director, has purchased in total 170,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 78.76 pence per Ordinary Share.

Mr. Plunkett is a board member of and CEO of Ocean Infinity Group Limited ("Ocean Infinity"), the Company's 15.17 per cent. shareholder, where he has a beneficial interest and is therefore deemed to have an indirect beneficial interest in Ocean Infinity's entire legal holding in SRT.

Following this purchase Mr Plunkett has a direct beneficial interest in 595,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and an indirect beneficial interest, via Ocean Infinity, in 38,114,154 Ordinary Shares, representing 15.17 per cent of SRT's issued share capital.
