Change of Auditor

Spiritus Mundi plc, (LSE:SPMU), the Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) seeking to acquire targets in Europe and Asia in the clinical diagnostics sector, announces the appointment of MHA Audit Services LLP ("MHA Audit Services") as auditor to the Company. The appointment of MHA Audit Services follows the restructuring of the Company's former auditor, MacIntyre Hudson LLP.  The appointment of MHA Audit Services will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
