Berenberg, Gossler & Co KG, London Branch ("Berenberg") as its Joint Corporate Broker alongside J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking business as J.P. Morgan Cazenove), the Company's current Corporate Broker, with immediate effect.
