Share Purchases by Chair, Group CEO and CFO

Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc, the leading global thermal energy management and fluid technology solutions Group, is pleased to announce that on Friday 17th November the Chair (Jamie Pike*), the Group Chief Executive (Nicholas Anderson) and the Chief Finance Officer (Nimesh Patel) each purchased shares in the Group to the value of c£100,000 making an aggregate purchase of c£300,000 of shares.
