(“Spartan” or the\n“Company”) (TSX-V: W | OTCQB: SPRMF | FSE: J03) is pleased to\nprovide a summary of its key 2025 accomplishments and a review of its\n2026 exploration strategy at its 100% owned Eagle\nTungsten-Silver-Rubidium project (“Eagle”) in eastern\nNevada.\n\n\n \n\n\n2025 Highlights:\n\n\n\n\nAcquired the Eagle Tungsten-Silver-Rubidium Project from\nRidgeline Minerals (July\n31) and changed the company name to\nSpartan Metals Corp, \n\n\n\nBegan trading on the TSX Venture exchange under the\nsymbol “W” on August 5th \n\n\n\nCompleted a $2.25 million capital raise (September\n27), \n\n\n\nSignificantly expanded our leadership team with the\naddition of Rebecca\nBall as Vice President of\nExploration and added Michael Harp to our\nBoard of\nDirectors.
