Update on Sorted Holding Limited

Further to Sorted Group Holdings Plc's (AIM: SORT) announcement on 19 February 2024 regarding, inter alia, the acquisition of 97 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sorted Holdings Limited, the Company confirms that it has now acquired the remaining three per cent. of the issued share capital of Sorted Holdings Limited pursuant to the same mechanism. As a result, the Company now holds 100 per cent. of the issued share capital of Sorted Holdings Limited.
