Ms. Akbar is currently Chairwoman of Sonoro and\na veteran oil-and-gas executive in the MENA region, based in Kuwait\nCity.\n\n\n \n\n\nRobert Bensh, announced as Sonoro’s President and CEO\non Jan. 8, 2026, has tendered his resignation as a result of public\ncompany restrictions, due to his advisory activities with a sovereign\ngovernment. Mr. Bensh will remain as a consultant to the Company to\nassist with current projects where needed.
