The Board of Softcat plc, a leading UK provider of IT infrastructure technology and services, announces that J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) has been appointed as the Company's joint corporate broker with immediate effect. Numis Securities Limited (trading as Deutsche Numis) remains the Company's other corporate broker.
