STERLING AMOUNT OF DIVIDEND

As announced on 3 August 2023, an interim dividend for 2023 of 14.4 US cents per ordinary share will be paid on 1 November 2023 to shareholders whose names appeared on the Register at the close of business on 6 October 2023. Those shareholders whose address on the Register is in the UK, and those who have validly elected to receive sterling dividends, will receive a dividend of 11.89 pence per share.
