Admission of Scrip Shares

Further to the announcement on 10 August 2022 regarding the allotment of 1,271,279 ordinary shares ("Scrip Shares") pursuant to the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative, the Company confirms that the Scrip Shares were today, 18 August 2022, successfully issued and admitted to the main market of the London Stock Exchange Plc and admitted to the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the Main Board of the JSE Limited ("JSE").

Sirius Real Estate advises that, as of today, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 1,175,052,364 ordinary shares of no par value. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,175,052,364.
