The Company announces that it was notified on 14 January 2026 that Chief Executive Officer and Chair designate, Pim Vervaat, had on 14 January 2026 purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Pim had a beneficial interest in SIG of 3,000,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Pim's beneficial interest is now 3,500,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
