2024 Annual Report & Accounts

The Company announces that it has today published its 2024 Annual Report & Accounts (the "2024 Annual Report").

A copy of the document has been posted on the Company's website www.sigplc.com/investors and will be sent to shareholders on or around 24 March 2025, together with the Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy, in line with shareholder communication preferences.

The 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority, and will shortly be available for inspection at the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism, which can be accessed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The 2024 Annual Report has been prepared using the single electronic reporting format specified in the TD ESEF Regulation.
