Sidney Resources Corporation Shareholder Meeting Announcement

Sidney Resources Corporation (SDRC) has set a shareholder's meeting for 11:00 am (MST) at Mountain Life Church in McCall Idaho.  The agenda includes the following: 

• Welcome
• Confirmation of Proxy including retaining your current leadership
• Lucky Ben Mine Project Update
• Technology Research & Development introduction
• Financial Report and Overview
• Next steps
• Open discussion, comments

A tour of the Lucky Ben Mine Project will be available after the meeting concludes on Friday and possibly Saturday depending on interest.  A RSVP is needed for us to prepare.   The Lucky Ben Project site is located approximately 47 miles north of McCall and the majority of the road is gravel with limited maintenance.  Weather is unpredictable so please bring clothing for all types of weather.  McCall Idaho is a busy tourist town located approximately 2 hours north of Boise, Idaho.  Hotel accommodations may be limited.  Boise is the nearest major airport.  Additional hotel accommodations may be available in Boise, Cascade, New Meadows or Riggins.  Please RSVP by September 10^th to danhally@cableone.net.  If you are unable to attend, proxy ballots are available on our website by September 1, 2021, and must be received by email (return receipt required) or mail by September 15, 2021
