Shareholder Meeting Announcement

Sidney Resources Corporation (SDRC) announces the annual shareholder meeting will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022.  The meeting will be conducted virtually.  Shareholders who are interested in touring the Lucky Ben Project site will still be able to do so on the 16^th or 17^th.  To plan and work around ongoing operations at the project site, shareholders will need to contact Dan Hally, COO, at dan@sdrccorp.com to make arrangements for a tour.  Proxy materials and the agenda are being finalized and we will announce when they are available on the website for viewing and download.  A link to the virtual meeting will be posted to our website on the 14^th of September.

The Lucky Ben Project site is located 47 miles north of McCall, Idaho.  McCall is the nearest location for accomodations.  McCall is located 110 miles north of Boise, Idaho.
