In terms of the General Circular No. 20/2020 dated 05th May, 2020 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), before sending the notices of 58th Annual General Meeting to be scheduled on 29.6.2022 and copies of the Annual Report of the Company for 2021-22, the Company has given public notice by way of advertisement to Shareholders for updating their e-mail ids and Bank Account details with the Company/ RTA/ Depository Participant, in the newspapers on 1.6.2022.
