 Total Voting Rights & Update on Fundraising

Further to the Company's announcement dated 20 April 2026, Shortwave Life Sciences PLC (AQSE: PSY) provides an update on its fundraising and total voting rights ("TVR") following admission of the new securities.

Fundraising update

On 20 April 2026, The Company advised that it has received a binding subscription agreement to raise gross proceeds of £100,000 through a subscription of 6,666,666 ordinary shares ("Subscription Shares") and a placing through Clear Capital Markets of 7,666,666 new Ordinary Shares ("Placing Shares") for £115,000, both at a price of 1.5 pence per share, to raise in total £215,000 (together "Fundraising Shares")

The Company notes that the £100,000 Subscription proceeds are expected in the coming days and the Company expects to issue the 6,666,666 Subscription Shares immediately thereafter.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Shortwave hereby announces that the Company therefore has 66,512,676 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.

The above figure of 66,512,676 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
