Notice of Full Year 2024 Audited Financial Results

Lagos and London, 25 February 2025: Seplat Energy Plc, a leading Nigerian energy company listed on the Nigerian Exchange and the London Stock Exchange, will issue its Full Year 2024 Audited Financial Results on Tuesday 4 March 2025.

At 12:00pm GMT (London) and 13:00pm WAT (Lagos) on Tuesday 04 March 2025, the Executive Management team will host a webcast to present the Company's 2024 Full Year Audited Financial Results.

The presentation can be accessed remotely via the live webcast link listed below. After the meeting, the webcast recording will be made available on our website and via the webcast link.
