2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting ("the AGM") of Senior plc will be held at the offices of Senior plc, 59/61 High Street, Rickmansworth, WD3 1RH on Friday 25 April 2025 at 11.30 am.

The Board attaches great importance to the AGM, as it provides shareholders a forum to hear directly from the Board on how the Company is progressing and to ask questions to the Directors.  The Company encourages shareholders to submit any questions on the business of the AGM before the start of the meeting, by emailing companysecretary@seniorplc.com  

All shareholders are recommended to vote by proxy in accordance with the instructions set out in the Notice of Meeting ("the Notice").  The Notice has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and can also be found on the Company's website at: https://www.seniorplc.com/~/media/Files/S/Senior-PLC/documents/notice_of_meeting_2025.pdf .  Voting at the AGM will be on a poll, reflecting all proxy voting instructions duly received.
