SEGRO plc (the Company)

An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (Shares) to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

These Shares are being reserved under a block admission to trading and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Admission of the Shares is expected at 8.00 a.m. on 27 March 2026.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
