Retirement of Non-Executive Director

The Company announces the retirement of Ann Berresford, who has reached her nine-year tenure, and will step down from the Board with effect from 30 December 2025. In addition to her role as a non-executive director, Ann also serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee, Senior Independent Director and a member of the Risk Committee. The Board is pleased to implement the succession plans in place and announces the following changes to roles within the Board and its Committees.

Steve Colsell will be appointed Chair of the Audit Committee (subject to regulatory approval) and a member of the Risk Committee with effect from 30 December 2025.

Julie Hopes will be appointed Senior Independent Director (subject to regulatory approval) and Deputy Chair with effect from 30 December 2025.
