Dividend Declaration

The Schroders plc Board has declared an interim dividend of 6.5 pence per share for the financial year ending on 31 December 2025. The dividend will be paid on 25 September 2025 to shareholders on the register at 22 August 2025.

The Company offers a dividend reinvestment plan (DRIP). The last date for shareholders to elect to participate in the DRIP for the purposes of the 2025 interim dividend is 4 September 2025. Further details are available on the Group's website.
