Non-Executive Director Changes

Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited (the 'Company') announces the appointment of Sanjay Patel as an independent Non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2024.  Mr Patel will be a member of the audit, management engagement, and nomination committees.

Mr Patel is a Chartered Accountant and is currently Chief Financial Officer and a Board member of Cadogan Group Limited, a large private real estate investment company. Prior to this role, Mr Patel served as Group Finance Director on the Board of Strutt & Parker LLP. Mr Patel is also a Member of the Audit and Risk Committee at London & Quadrant Housing Association. 

It is confirmed that there are no other details to be disclosed concerning the appointment under Listing Rule 9.6.13 R.

It is intended that Mr Patel will replace Stephen Bligh on his retirement as Chair of the Audit Committee, which is expected to take place before the Company's next Annual General Meeting.
