Notice of Interim Results

Scancell Holdings plc (AIM: SCLP), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel immunotherapies for cancer, will announce its interim results for the six months ended 31 October 2024 on Thursday 30 January 2025.

Dr Phil L'Huillier, Chief Executive Officer, and Sath Nirmalananthan, Chief Financial Officer, will host a virtual analyst briefing at 14:00 GMT on the day of the results. Scancell is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that is leveraging its proprietary research, built up over many years of studying the human adaptive immune system, to generate novel medicines to treat significant unmet needs in cancer. For the vaccines (Moditope® and ImmunoBody®) this includes citrullination and homocitrullination of proteins, whereas its mAb portfolio targets glycans or sugars that are added onto proteins and / or lipids (GlyMab® ) or enhances the potency of antibodies and their ability to directly kill tumour cells (AvidiMab® ).
