The Sage Group plc. ("Sage") announces that Maggie Chan Jones is appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 August 2025. Maggie has been an independent Non-executive Director since her appointment on 1 December 2022. 

There are no further disclosures required for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.11R.
