2024 Bond repayment

Saga plc (Saga or the Group), the UK's specialist in products and services for people over 50, confirms that it has repaid in full the £150.0m 3.375% senior secured bond. This bond redemption was funded from Available Cash resources, including a draw down on the £85.0m facility with Roger De Haan maturing in April 2026.
