Safestore Holdings plc announces that David Hearn, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chair of Tate & Lyle PLC, a company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 1 January 2024.

David Hearn will be stepping down from his role of Chairman of The a2 Milk Company on 16 November 2023.

This notification is made in accordance with the Listing Rule 9.6.14.
