Admission to Trading of New Ordinary Shares

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM:SNT), the company focused on a green aggregation strategy, is pleased to announce that following the passing of all resolutions at the Company's General Meeting on 22 August 2022 (the "GM"), the following new ordinary shares of 3 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") will be admitted to trading on AIM with effect from 26 August 2022:

· 3,638,750 new Ordinary Shares resulting from the Placing announced on 3 August 2022;

· 975,000 new Ordinary Shares resulting from the capitalisation of £97,500 of outstanding loan balance due to Parris Group Limited announced on 3 August 2022; and

· 1,000,000 new Ordinary Shares resulting from the exercise of the Broker Option announced on 4 August 2022
