Rotork plc, the global flow control and instrumentation group, has been informed that Janice Stipp, a Non-executive Director of the Company and Audit Committee Chair, will be appointed as a Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair-designate of Diploma PLC.  The appointment will take effect from the conclusion of Diploma PLC's Annual General Meeting to be held on 17 January 2024.
