Roebuck Food Group plc (AIM: RFG) announces, further to the death of the Company's Chairman Mr Ted O'Neill announced on 21 October 2024, that the Company has been notified under section 1048 of the Companies Act of Ireland that Gráinne O'Neill, widow of Mr O'Neill, has, by succession, the notifiable interest in the late Mr O'Neill's 4,811,777 shares of Roebuck Food Group plc, which amount to approximately 9.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
